I decided it was finally time to start another round of Biggest Loser. Things have settled down enough in my life that I don’t feel like it would be a burden anymore. I also know I do really well losing when I have the motivation of seeing my friends losing well too. Since I put back on some weight following my surgeries this summer, motivation is definitely what I need right now.
Anywho, as before, this is the email I sent out to the group. Enjoy!
Well, it’s certainly a cold one here in Ohio and, from what I hear, it’s only going to get colder. Yuck! I hope that you all are safe (after hearing about so many terrible accidents today) and that the cold weather doesn’t deter your motivation too much. I know that when it’s really cold (or really hot) I often struggle to want to eat healthy because I just want the easiest thing possible to eat. Thankfully, it looks like no one fell into that trap and everyone got off to a great start.
- Allie: down 1.35%
- Beth: down 2.93%
- Evy: down 3.31%
- Jen: down 2.39%
- Melissa: down 0.93%
- Moon: down 1.20%
- Trisha: down 0.71%
That means Evy is the weekly winner.
Also, I totally forgot to introduce Melissa. Oops! Most of you have actually met her in person already. She was at John’s and my ugly sweater party. Melissa is based her in Columbus (Dublin to be more specific) and is a friend of mine from college. In fact, next to my mom, I’ve known her the longest of any of you. We met my freshman year (I believe her junior year?(2004)) when I joined Kappa Delta. So say hello!
Have a great week everyone! Let me know if you have any questions or want to be work out buddies or something. =)
