Well, I can see several factors that had me only lose 1.2 pounds this week (for a total of 23.6), but that doesn’t mean I like it. I guess I’ll have to kick things back into high gear and hopefully turn it around. Our meal plan for this week – after yesterday – doesn’t allow much in the way of eating out, so I’m hoping that helps. And though I know losing more than about 2 pounds a week isn’t healthy in the long run, I also know I still have a lot of water weight to lose and hope that returning to drinking more water this week will help that fall off a little faster.
Anyways, down 1.2 for a total of 23.6 and I’m telling myself that “Hey, you still lost!” =P
